One of the special things about digital photography is the unprecedented power the artist has over his medium.
Some times when I’m really out looking for a special shot… that special frame that says something to me… it conveys a message… but the problem is that it is in a rough form. For example in this picture we have this very rarely traveled road just outside of Williamsport PA and the only thing that ruined the shot for me was the power lines running down the left side of the road. See I have this thing for Power lines in photography. In some shots they are a perfect part of the picture, but for the most part they don’t belong. In my “perfect world” there are no power lines…..
So I took them down.
